It just doesn't work. When I logon to Jenkins server as Jenkins I can do svn ls svn+ssh://myuser@myhost/somerepos/somepathinrepos. No problem. When we add that url to jenkins it will fail with above message. Support for Subversion isn't what it used to be. Maybe we need to switch to Git.
