I released the version 2.9. Can you upgrade your plugin and test again. You should get more trace in the jenkins logs.
Another thing : I saw that you're using a 1.4 version of the JDK (E:\Servers\Weblogic\8.1sp5\jdk142_08). Did you try to upgrade it ?
