Description:

We use the wall display to radiate build failures. We have a tab in Jenkins that displays only failed jobs. When we use the Wall Display plugin and no builds are currently failing, the UI simply displays "Loading jobs..."
It would be great if we could customize this message to say, "All builds are passing!"
