Manage to make it working with Jenkins, but I add to modify ant script.
In ant script I added classdumpdir argument at the right place:
<jacoco:coverage destfile="${test.report.home}/coverage.exec" classdumpdir="${test.build.home}/dumpClasses">
Then, In jenkins which execute my ant script, I put dumpClasses in the "path to class directories" text field.
And it worked...
