Only to confirm that the Ignacio Albors workaround is working on my side. If you're running a Ubuntu server:
sudo -i
su jenkins (default user that is running Jenkins)
cd (it will bring you directly in the $HOME folder, by default on my side it is /var/lib/jenkins
touch .netrc
