I've managed to run into this exact same issue too.
It seems to add a new link for every apk / ipa that it finds in the search paths in the workspace.
I usually just specify the one that I want in the configuration. It may also be picking up old apk / ipa files if you are using incremental file names and don't remove them from the workspace before building the next version.
