Unfortunately, I have not found your changes in SVN.
I suppose it is preferable to have a single action, which leads to a an additional "Monitoring" page, which contains all links. Otherwise, the web interface will be quite overloaded.
I also agree with the license change. Most of Jenkins plugins use MIT licenses, so it would be good to have such license.
