Reinhard Karbas created JENKINS-21206 Job failure on Linux machines after Jenkins restart Issue Type: Bug Affects Versions: current Assignee: Unassigned Components: jenkins-tracker Created: 02/Jan/14 10:00 PM Description: We have Jenkins running on a SLES 11 SP2 machine connecting to several Linux SLES 11 SP1 and SP2 and SLES 10 SP4 machines Whenever we restart Jenkins (machine reboot or Jenkins update) the jobs on the Linux machine fail to run the first time with some undefined error showing in the log (sometimes remote file operation failed) After disconnecting and reconnecting the slave machine the job is executed properly This does not happen for our Mac builds or Ubuntu builds All connections are done via ssh Environment: Linux SLES 11 SP1 and SP2 Project: Jenkins Labels: jenkins Priority: Major Reporter: Reinhard Karbas
