Description:

I upgraded from 1.27 to 1.28 and all my builds that used the COPYARTIFACT_BUILD_NUMBER_ enfironment variable failed. Looking at the build logs, the variable was empty.
I am guessing the issue is due to the folder work done in 1.28 (the builds I checked were in a folder). Reverting to 1.27 restored the variable.
