The AntExec-plugin seems to be pretty close to the requested functionality.
It works similar to the windows batch or shell script build steps.
You can't edit an existing Ant script, but you can at least extend it.
I'm resolving this ticket. If the plug-in does not provide the requested functionality satisfactorily, this ticket should be re-opened and assigned to the 'antexec' Jira component.
