The bug is no more, but I will explain what it was.
Like I said, its not the best place to have reported this bug.
So, on Jenkins "issues.jenkins-ci.org" website, log in with your profile. Then navigate to an plugin issue, and click on the link "Watching". This click doesn't work (but now it works).
