Mark Waite resolved JENKINS-14717 as Fixed Wipe out workspace nonfunctional with local subdirecory Since the original submitter reported that they are able to clear the repository with "git clean", and since the "wipe workspace" works correctly on Linux, I've closed this bug and left JENKINS-19994 as the placeholder bug for the Windows specific problem that pack files are left open.
