In my OSS 1.532.1 installation, I don't see this problem. I'm wondering if there is a plug-in conflict of some sort. I enabled the debug mode the majority of time seems to be spent between this two operations: 14:16:34 NOT overriding default server settings, using Mailer to create session 14:16:40 messageContentType = text/html; charset=UTF-8
