Description:

The perforce plugin does not seem to populate the rest api data with the fact that the job is using p4 for the changeset's.
Unlike the git/svn/hg plugins which populate the <changeSet><kind> with values like "git", "svn", "hg" etc
The perforce plugin should do this so the REST users can get access to know the kind of SCM the job is using.
