The git-client-plugin 1.6.2 release detected and corrected a long-standing bug in the implementation of fast remote polling (getHeadRev). It was mistakenly assigning the same SHA1 to every branch returned by getHeadRev, even though the SHA1 values for each branch were different.
Could you check the current git-client-plugin and git-plugin to see if they still show this problem?
