Mark Waite resolved JENKINS-15103 as Fixed jenkins git does not release pack files, prevents wiping workspace Confirmed fixed in git-plugin 2.0.1 and git-client-plugin 1.6.2 for command line implementation. JENKINS-19994 and others describe the same issue for the JGit implementation, which is not yet fixed.
