I don't think so, this is a recent jenkins install due to our RAID failing last month, so I am sure that the plugin has not been installed. But we restored job configurations from backups so they could have artifacts there. greping the configurations doesn't return any results for it.
Looking further, the error seems to be limited to jobs that have the AnalysisPublisher enabled, my configuration is shown below.
