Is there any hope of getting this fixed? We just got bitten by this today. It's ridiculous that this ticket is still open after seven years.
My expectations (and I think the expectations of anyone setting up a build) is that running the targets "clean deploy" in a maven-based build would behave exactly the same as running it on the command line. The default behavior should NOT be to just deploy regardless of test failures--what is the point of running a CI system if your regression tests are ignored?
