Pull request is done thro' the Jenkins job itself. Here is the configuration we use in the Jenkins Job: Source Code Management pass in git repo url, with branch set as 'origin/master' setup to do a 'Shallow Clone' Build Triggers Poll SCM set to @daily This is the same configuration we use for other Jenkins jobs. When we have this issue, the git plugin reports all the files as new files added. thanks/Anil
