Description:

When using the github entreprise webhook to trigger a parameterized build the job doens't start.
Using the url hook to trigger a parameterized job the post request isn't interpreted by jenkins when adding paramters:
works fine => /buildWithParameters?token=supersecret
doesn't work => /buildWithParameters?token=supersecret¶m1=value
