If the answer is No...
How many toolkits do you have defined?
How many any other jobs on your Jenkins instance? Do they use different toolkits? Different build users ids?
Is polling enabled? If so at what frequency and for how many jobs?
What version of the toolkit are you using?
Which version of Jenkins?
