Currently we are on 1.532 and 1.533 is available since a few days and no button shows up. We did test if a proxy was the cause of the problem. But visiting https://build-ml.gpgtools.org/pluginManager/advanced and then clicking extended, entering and address and testing that, gives "success" as output so it seems jenkins is able to connect to the internet just fine.
