Description:

We need an Extension-Point in the plugin to be used by other plugins to contribute additional DSL methods and XML snippets to the job config.xml.
1) A plugin needs to announce that it wants to contribute a DSL method to some context
2) The plugin needs to contribute some XML node to the job config
3) The plugin needs to be notified before or after the job config is created or updated
