I receive the error:
SCTM reports: SCTM Fatal Error: The AXIS engine could not find a target service to invoke! targetService is sccentities
when I set the Build Number Usage to a value other than "Don't care about a build number"
The service URL is http://host/Services1.0/services
Looking at the webservice documentation, the sccentities web service is in the path /axislegacy
