Johan Alenius commented on JENKINS-22319 Updating Git plugin causes existing builds to immediately fail I just upgraded the Git plugin from 2.0.1 to 2.0.4 and got the same error: ERROR: Couldn't find any revision to build. Verify the repository and branch configuration for this job. Do you specify remotes/origin/master as "Branches to build"? Changing it to just master seems to solve it, see JENKINS-20767. The git client plugin will prefix the branch with <name> or origin if <name> is left blank.
