Description:

When failed job gets restarted Naginator plugin adds a redo icon next to the build (attached). The source of an image is set to "/plugin/naginator/redo.png" which results in 404.
When I change source to "/jenkins/static/9930c697/plugin/naginator/redo.png" as per other plugin icons, it renders correctly (attached).
Jenkins version: 1.532.2
Naginator version: 1.10
