Each time we have an updated on the svn:external we face this issue. Then we have to retrigger the job to get it successful.
Our job is an matrix job, so in the second attempt the subjobs fail, so we have to trigger it another time.
So for each update on the svn:external linked sources, we have 2 failing runs.
