Yes, but I had to copy them to this directory:
/var/lib/jenkins/plugins/websphere-deployer/WEB-INF/lib
Instead of:
$USER_HOME/.jenkins/plugins/websphere-deployer/WEB-INF/lib
And then restarted jenkins, because it throwed classnotfoundexception when they where in the last directory.
