Description:

Using maven 3.2.1 with the -T (parallel) option causes the build to fail with a NoSuchMethodException
method org.apache.maven.execution.MavenExecutionRequest.setPerCoreThreadCount was removed from maven in 3.2.1 and is being called from jenkins.
