We have a substantial pre-send script which among other things doctors the To, CC and BCC based on DB lookups.
To my surprise, after setting Emergency reroute to myself, my pre-send script added email addresses where not suppressed.
It would be nice to have direct access to that flag so that our code could suppress updates to recipients.
