Apologies, I didn't get the email for your first question for some reason, but I did for the second. I've still only seen the issue once. A week or so ago we restarted the Jenkins server to do some updates, which cleared the hangning job, and I've yet to see the issue again since. If I can reproduce again, I'll investigate if disabling the profiler is an option.
