You are right, our install is from 4 years ago, back when it was Hudson, and LTS did not exist. We moved to LTS immediately after it was announced since in the years we used Hudson we had a few times where our setup failed and we had to manually rollback.
I updated the value. Hopefully that will fix the issues. Weird I had never have this issue before...
