Daniel Beck resolved JENKINS-20100 as Duplicate Total Data loss because of jenkins version 1.535 extracts jenkins.war to directory "jenkins" since older versions extract to directory "war" There have been changes to the webapp extraction directory since (JENKINS-22442 fixed in 1.558), so I'm resolving this tentatively as duplicate of that issue.
