Jenkins replaced Winstone with Jetty in 1.535 (while keeping the API compatible, so it still says "winstone" everywhere), so there's a good chance this is obsolete (no doubt replaced by other issues, but still!). Therefore closing as Cannot Reproduce. Please file a new issue when this still occurs in recent Jenkins versions.
