Hello Daniel,
the problem was fixed by a different issue meanwhile.
The steps to reproduce it were simpler as described above: just run a jenkins.war on windows machine, add a single job with "start calc" to be run on the master - no slave nodes needed. Then calc.exe remained open.
Today i tested again with Jenkins ver. 1.564 and calc.exe is terminated as expected.
