Reporter did not update issue in almost a year, so assuming this caused no further issues.
Plugins might have simply taken some time to figure out how to deal with lazy loading.
Needs to be reproduced in recent Jenkins version to be relevant. Also, some view configs (like use of Project Statistics Plugin) simply are incredibly expensive as they cause all records to load. Should be better when loading the view a second time though.
