Daniel Beck resolved JENKINS-3131 as Cannot Reproduce creating user throws com.octo.captcha.service.CaptchaServiceException: Invalid ID, could not validate unexisting or already validated captcha Captcha is not a core feature (anymore). By default, Jenkins does not use captcha verification if the user creates an account by themself. If you'd like to enable captcha verification, install a captcha support plugin, e.g. the Jenkins JCaptcha Plugin.
