I am not to sure what is causing this, this is more likely a configuration issue, and something you have to switch off/on when running the analysis command. Have you tried contacting PRQA about it, maybe if you enabled the logging plugin as described on the wiki, and sending us the log output will allow us to shed new light on your issue.
