We're seeing some issues related to this. With .5, our path (**/my-web-service.war, for example) uploaded the file my-web-service.war to the path specified. Now the full path to the file (my-web-service/target/) is being included. This seems like a fundamental change with a significant impact that isn't well documented. Ideally there would be a means to choose if the full path is desired or not.
