Description:

Currently the in-place credential add button is only displayed if the user has permissions to add credentials to the root credential store.
If the user does not have that permission on the root but has it on a separate credential store in the path (i.e. the parent folder) then the Add button should allow adding credentials to that store.
This enhancement will probably require allowing the user to select the destination of the credentials within the store, e.g. not only select the store but also select the domain within the store if there is more than one domain.
Creating new domains is out of scope for this feature.
