Description:

When trying to setup roles user cannot add project or node roles in IE 10; clicking the Add button does nothing.
A new Admin role CAN be added without issue in IE 10.
Adding project and node roles appears to work in Google Chrome.
In Chrome the delete button does nothing if you add a role and immediately try to deleted it before clicking on Save. Once Save is clicked and you go back into the manage roles page you can then successfully delete the item.
