Description:

In Jenkins ver. 1.565 when I do not give the Anonymous user read rights for matrix based access, then when loading the page the image 'flags.png' cannot be loaded due to an 403 Forbidden error.
This causes trouble when my nagios application tries to check if jenkins webinterface is up and running. Would be nice if this could be solved!
