I'm getting the same error, even after specifying the extraction subdirectory as jazz/buildsystem/buildtoolkit/. If I supply a Home directory before enabling Install automatically, I can enter (what I guess is) the installation directory manually. Unfortunately, that doesn't solve the problem.
If I manually create that installation/home directory, I get the following error, instead: "Directory does not look like the build toolkit directory".
From the documentation in Team Concert Plugin: Master/Slave Configuration, I'm guessing that this is supposed to work at least for slaves. Maybe the problem here is that it doesn't work for masters? If so, A) that's an odd limitation, and B) it should be more clearly documented.
