Daniel Beck resolved JENKINS-18199 as Cannot Reproduce Deadlock during delete of upstream/downstream projects Needs to be reproduced in a version of Jenkins that includes the JENKINS-18589 fix (i.e. 1.522+, 1.554+ would be best at this time). Until then, considering this issue obsolete.
