Hi,
the following site seems to be unavailable (or running very slow) since yesterday:
http://pkg.jenkins-ci.org/debian/jenkins-ci.org.key

As a result the Packer script to generate an image in AWS is constantly failing when tries to connect to 'pkg.jenkins-ci.org'.
