The command used to calculate change set is clear-case plug-in is wrong it gets entire history from all the vobs rather it should get only from directories listed in load rules
this is wrong
cleartool lshistory -all -since <whatever>
this is right (remove "-all")
cleartool lshistory -since <whatever>
