I try it in my laptop with ubuntu + tomcat + jenkins, and ssh-agent running. No problem for access to bitbucket. But, I tried in amazonws (ubuntu) with ssh-agent disabled (not running). Fail! I tried with ssh agent plugin (jenkins). Fail again. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Set+up+SSH+for+Git I believe that the issue is 100% ssh-agent when not start as services.
