Does this issue still occur on recent Jenkins versions (say, 1.554.x or 1.56x)? If so, please provide information about your setup, like Java + OS vendor, Java + OS version, Jenkins version, how you're launching your slaves, etc.
Does the workaround mentioned by Cristina Aiftimiei (updating the Java used to run Jenkins) also work for you?
