Is this still an issue in recent Jenkins versions (say, 1.554.x or 1.56x)? If so, please provide updated thread dumps, and, if possible, provide a support bundle (from the Support Core plugin).
What are the circumstances of this issue occurring? Please check on the slave computer whether the java process requires a lot of memory, increasing the limit (e.g. -Xmx1g argument to java) might help to have this issue occur less.
