Description:

If you go to Manage Jenkins » Configure System and enable "Warn if all jobs exceed some size", and enter any integer value for the field, it will not properly save.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Manage Jenkins
2. Go to Configure System
3. Enable "Warn if all jobs exceed some size"
4. Enter an integer value in the field.
5. Click Save.
6. Go back to Manage Jenkins » Configure System
7. Save without any modifications and exception will come up:
